Guidelines
CANCELLATION
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 HRS in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less that 48HRS notice will result in a $20 cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances can be beyond your control and we do out best to accommodate these situations.
NO SHOW
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of reserved service amount (no show fee).
RETURNS
We will issue a store credit on hair products unopened or gently used, returned within a 14 days.
SERVICE
All services are guaranteed within two weeks of the initial service. Please note, refunds on a service are not issued, however, if we do not meet your expectations with the agreed upon service, all attempts to correct will be made.
